新常态条件下安徽省高校受资助贫困生综合素质研究--以合肥师范学院为例

The Research on the Poor Students' Comprehensive Quality in Anhui Province under the New Normal Condition:Taking Hefei Normal University as an Example

贫困生资助政策的目的就是为了使贫困大学生顺利完成学业。运用问卷调查法对合肥师范学院受资助学生进行研究发现:受资助学生在德育素质、智育素质、文化素质和身体素质方面还有待进一步提高。因此,要针对受资助学生实际状况,采取提升其综合素质的教育管理工作对策。

The purpose of the poor students＇ subsidy policy is to help them complete their studies. The result of the questionnaire on the funded students in Hefei Normal University shows that they need further improvement in moral quality, intellectual quality, knowledge quality, physical quality and so on. Therefore,according to the actual situation of funded students, we should take measures of education management work to enhance their comprehensive quality.
