随着市场经济的不断发展,我国的证券市场也日趋成熟;但同时,证券市场上侵害投资者财务权益的问题也日渐显现,尤其是普遍存在的大股东"掏空"问题,近年来有愈演愈烈的趋势。中小投资者的财务权益保护已经成为当今市场经济发展中的重要问题。本文通过分析大股东"掏空"现象及对我国上市公司中小投资者财务权益保护的影响,探讨改善中小投资者财务权益保护的措施。

With the continuous development of the market economy, the security market is also increasingly mature in China. But meanwhile, the infringement on investors＇ financial interests is also increasingly prominent in the security market, especially the common phenomena of large shareholders＇ ＂tunneling＂ which grows in intensity in recent years. Therefore, the protection of small and medium investors＇ financial interests has become an important issue in the current development of market economy.Through an analysis on the phenomenon of large shareholders＇ ＂tunneling＂ and its influence on the protection of small and medium investors＇ financial interests in China＇s listed companies,this paper explores the measures to improve the protection.
