A Brief Analysis on Reliability Management of Aircraft Operator

可靠性管理是根据《中华人民共和国民用航空法》和相关的《中国民用航空规章》结合航空公司的运行特点和实际情况要求而制定的航空器维修管理方法,是保障航空公司持续性适航维修的基本程序,具有指导航空器维修和运营的重要意义,它给出了对维修方案进行评估和修订的程序和方法。可靠性管理的主要任务是对维修方案进行科学、有效的管理,概括起来是要完成以下两个方面的工作:以可靠性为中心的维修理论来制定适用并有效的维修方案以及通过持续不断地收集航空器运行全过程的可靠性数据来分析和评估现行维修方案的有效性,提出纠正措施,修订和完善维修方案。

Reliability management is a method formulated according to ＂Civil Aviation Law of the People＇s Republic of China＂ and related ＂China Civil Aviation Regulations＂, combined with airlines operating characteristics and the actual situation of the requirements in aircraft maintenance management, and it is also a program to protect the airlines continuing airworthiness maintenance, so it is of important significance in guidance of aircraft maintenance and operation. It gives the procedures and methods of the assessment and revision a maintenance program. The main task of reliability management is to implement scientific and effective management of a maintenance program, including two aspects： To develop an applicable and effective maintenance program based on reliability-centered maintenance theory and to analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of the current maintenance program by collecting aircraft operation reliability data of the whole process, so as to give corrective measures, revise and improve the maintenance program.
