摘要
提出从政策扶持、规范制度和管理、推行奖惩制度、树立模范典型等方面引导林业专业合作社发展的思路。建议从加强组织建设、完善利益分配、创新经营模式、提高林业经营主体素质、进一步优化政策和项目环境等方面,继续做大做强本地林业产业化龙头企业,全面推进都匀市林业专业合作社的发展。
This paper proposed some strategies,from policy support,the standard system and management,establishing the rewards and punishment system to setting up a good role model,which leading the devlopment of forestry specialty cooperative organization. Making forestry specialty cooperative organization in Duyun city become stronger but for strengthening the construction of the organization,optimizing benefit distribution,innovating business model,improving the quality of the forestry operators,further optimizing the environment of policies and programs,thus make local forestry industrialization leading enterprises become more and more stronger.
