摘要
通过学校决策研究成果数据分析,发现我国学校决策分化研究取得一定的成就:基本奠定了学校决策分化的理论基础、大致了解了学校决策分化的现状、初步探索了学校决策分化的障碍、初步提出了学校决策分化的建议、大致构建了学校决策分化的模型。同时,存在以下问题:研究主体过于集中,研究成果缺乏可操作性;研究范围相对狭窄,研究成果缺乏全面性;研究方法比较单一,研究成果缺乏深刻性。
By analyzing the data of school decision-making research results,some achievement can be found. First,the basic theories are almost laid. Second,the present situation is preliminary informed. Third,the barriers of decision-making differentiation are preliminary explored. Fourth,some advices are given. Fifth,the models to build the school decision-making differentiation are roughly built. At the same time,some insufficient exist. First,the researchers are almost from higher education,which makes the research lack operability. Second,the research scope is relatively narrow,which makes the research lack comprehensiveness. Third,the research method is unitary,which makes the research lack profundity.
