The Summary of Researching the Construction of the Teachers of Ideological and Political Theories in University

思想政治理论课教师是社会主义意识形态和精神文明的传播者,是党和国家重大的方针、路线、理论和政策的学习者、研究者和宣讲者,这支队伍的素质和水平将直接关系到对社会主义事业接班人和建设者的培养,影响着主渠道、主阵地育人功能的发挥。对此,学术界予以高度的重视并取得丰硕的成果。本文在广泛收集材料的基础上,从高校思想政治理论课教师队伍建设重要意义、存在问题及对策三个方面对高校思想政治理论课教师队伍建设的研究作一个简要概述。

The teachers of ideological and political theories are the transmitter of socialist ideology and spiritual civilization,who study,research and propaganda the important principles,lines and policies of the nation and the Communist Party of China. The qualities and the levels of the teachers have direct relation to train the successors and the constructors of socialism,and have an effect on the exertion of educational function by the main channel and in the main position. So,the academics pay more attention to it and harvest rich achievements. On the basis of widely collecting materials,this paper tries to have a brief overview of the construction of the teachers of ideological and political theories in university from the aspects of the significance of the construction,the problems and the countermeasures.
