“参与式”教学法在大学生心理健康教育中的应用有效性探析

Exploration about the Effectiveness of Participation Teaching Methods on the Colleges Mental Health Education

基于大学生心理健康教育课堂教学效果不理想的现状,从参与式教学法对增强大学生心理健康教育课堂教学有效性功能价值出发,按照主体参与广度、参与深度、参与受益度体系,构建大学生心理健康教育课堂教学中主体参与有效性的三层次评价标准,提出有效提升大学生心理健康教育有效性的五项具体方法:全员深度参与、积极情感体验、主动理念建构、多向心理互动、自我感悟反思。

Based on the current situation which unsatisfactory results of college mental health curriculum,we attempt to strengthen the Courses＇ effectiveness by using participation teaching methods. According to the breadth,depth and beneficial degree of subjective participation,we constituted three-level evaluation criterion for subjective Courses＇ effectiveness,and advance five specific methods for increasing the Courses＇ effectiveness： all students deep participation,positives affect experience,subjective idea constitution,multiple psychological interaction,self consciousness introspection.
