Discussion about how to improve the effectiveness of radiation safety supervision and administration for operating nuclear power plant

辐射安全是运行核电厂核安全的重要组成部分,而核电厂辐射安全监督管理的有效性对电厂辐射安全有直接的影响。本文介绍和分析了运行核电厂辐射安全监督管理的目的、方式及存在的问题,重点对如何提高运行核电厂现场辐射安全监督管理的有效性提出自己的见解。

Radiation safety is an important part of nuclear safety of operating nuclear power plant （NPP）, and the effectiveness of radiation safety supervision and administration will influences the radiation safety of NPP directly. This paper introduces and analyzes the purpose of radiation safety supervision and administration, supervision mode and the existing problems, and about how to improve the effectiveness of radiation safety supervision and administration of NPP are proposed with my own opinions.
