摘要
国内各大中型矿山使用的液压挖掘机均采用液压油作为工作介质,造成液压系统故障的70%-85%原因是由于系统的污染,而系统污染的35%原因是由油液高温引起的。因此控制系统高温,可以控制系统污染,而控制系统污染,可以极大的降低液压系统的故障率。我从多年对液压挖掘机系统维保的角度,对液压油高温给系统带来的危害做简单论述。
