教学反思:中职英语教学的关键环节

Teaching Reflection: A Critical step of Vocational English Teaching

教学反思对中职英语教学目标的更好实现,综合实用性人才的培养以及教师自身专业发展都至关重要。但现实中教师的教学反思还存在不少问题,使反思效果大打折扣。本文浅析了中职英语教学反思的内涵,维度,途径,以及反思效果不尽如人意的原因。最后,笔者结合自身的教学实践提出了一些浅薄的建议,以期对中职英语教学有所启示。

Teaching reflection, as one of the essential components of vocational English teaching, plays an indispensable role in the better accomplishment of teaching objective, cultivation of practical and comprehensive intellectuals and professional development of teachers themselves.However, the real situation of teaching reflection is not very satisfying because of many problems. This paper intends to analyze the conception,contents, approaches of vocational English teaching reflection and the causes of poor result. Finally,some suggestions based on the writer＇s own teaching experience are put forward to have some implications on the vocational English teaching.
