摘要
熔点仪是测量有机结晶物熔点的常用仪器,介绍了一种集成一体化的智能熔点仪的硬件电路结构和软件程序设计,控温软件算法方面,在深入研究各种PID算法的基础上建立了一种适合熔点测定系统的算法,明显提高了PID系数整定的效果,缩短了调试周期。该仪器具有硬件结构简单,软件算法科学的特点,能够低成本高精度的实现对温度的控制。实验结果显示控温精度达到±0.2℃,线性升温误差不超过0.5%,且各项指标符合国家药典标准,具有一定的实用价值。
Melting point measurement instrument is the most used equipment in the melting point of the organic crystals.This paper introduced an integrated intelligent instrument of the melting point for the hardware circuit and software program design, In-depth study of various PID algorithms, Significantly increased the coefficient of PID coefficients tuning effect and shortening the debugging cycle.The configuration of hardware is simple, the software algorithms scientific, the instrument can achieve low-cost high-precision temperature control. The temperature control accuracy of ± 0.2 ℃, linear warming error does not exceed 0.5%,and all criterion consistent with national Pharmacopoeia standards,with some practical value.
