改良阴式全子宫切除术治疗子宫脱垂的疗效观察

目的观察改良阴式全子宫切除术治疗子宫脱垂的疗效。方法选取2015年2月~2016年2月收治的子宫脱垂的患者86例,实施改良阴式全子宫切除术进行治疗,观察预后。结果 86例患者的手术均顺利完成,临床的手术时间、术中出血量、排气时间、合并损伤、术后复发率、术后阴道残端的愈合情况以及排尿功能的改善等情况,这些均比以往的传统阴式全子宫切除术疗效要好,而且更具有临床意义。结论在患者具备手术适应证的指征前提下,了解并同意采取改良阴式全子宫切除术,该术士的优势为属于微创手术、操作简单、安全可靠、术后复发率低、治疗费用低,并且疗效令人满意,非常值得在临床上积极推广及应用。
