宫腔镜结合阴道超声诊治子宫内膜息肉的疗效分析

Hysteroscopy combined with vaginal ultrasound diagnosis and curative effect analysis of endometrial polyps

目的研究阴道超声与宫腔镜结合诊治子宫内膜息肉的疗效。方法选取我院2011年1月~2015年1月收治的可疑子宫内膜息肉患者400例作为研究对象,行阴道超声检查和宫腔镜联合阴道超声检查,分析比较两种检查方法的检出率。结果阴道超声检查,检出率为32.75%,误诊率为10%,其中包括正常宫腔13例,粘膜下肌瘤12例和子宫内膜癌15例;宫腔镜联合超声检查的检出率为71.35%,误诊率为2.23%,误诊者为粘膜下肌瘤疾病的患者。阴道超声检查检出率显著低于宫腔镜联合超声检查,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论子宫内膜息肉通过宫腔镜联合超声的方法诊断,检出率高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the vaginal ultrasound combined with hysteroscopy in diagnosis and treatment of endometrial polyps effect analysis. Methods From January 2011 to January 2015,400 patients with clinical suspected endometrial polyps as the research object,were analyzed retrospectively, to all patients with vaginal ultrasound examination and hysteroscopy combined vaginal ultrasound examination,the detection rate of analyzing and comparing two kinds of methods. Results Vaginal ultrasound examination, the detection rate of 32.75%, the misdiagnosis rate was 10.00%, including 13 cases of normal uterine cavity,12 cases of submucosal fibroids and 15 examples intrauterine membrane carcinoma;Hysteroscopy combined ultrasound detection rate of 71.35%, the misdiagnosis rate was 2.23%,the misdiagnosis for submucosal myoma disease patients. A significant difference between two methods of inspection detection rate, with statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Endometrial polyps by hysteroscopy combined method of ultrasonic diagnosis, detection rate is high, is worth popularizing in clinical application.
