损伤控制外科理念在严重腹部创伤中的应用 被引量：19

Damage control surgery concept in severe abdominal trauma

摘要 “损伤控制”（damage control）一词最早来源于美军海军术语，原意指船舶承受损伤，采取临时性损伤控制措施，维持任务完成航行。此种理念应用于外科，诞生了“损伤控制外科”（damagecontrol surgery，DCS）。1993年Rotondo等首次将“损伤控制”应用于医疗救治之中，并制定了腹部贯通伤患者实施损伤控制手术的操作规范，DCS理论初步形成。DCS主要任务是早期进行挽救生命性治疗而不是确定性的手术损伤修复，以保全生命，提高临床结果。近年来，DCS理念在严重腹部创伤的治疗中日益受到重视。
