摘要
目的:探讨超声在诊断肝移植术后胆道并发症的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析88例肝脏移植术后的胆道并发症。结果:88例肝脏移植,术后胆道并发症18例(16.67%),其中胆汁渗漏3例(16.67%),胆道梗阻11例(61.11%),胆泥形成2例(11.11%),胆管结石2例(11.11%)。结论:超声在诊断肝移植术后胆道并发症中起到极其重要的作用。
Objective： To evaluate the application value of ultrasound in the diagnosis of biliary complications after liver transplantation. Methods： 88 cases of biliary complications after liver transplantation were retrospective analyzed. Results： 18 cases had biliary complications in all 88 cases after liver transplantation（ 16. 67%）,of which three cases of bile leakage（ 16. 67%）,biliary obstruction in11 cases（ 61. 11%）,biliary sludge formation in two cases（ 11. 11%）,bile duct stones in 2 cases（ 11. 11%）. Conclusion： Ultrasonography in the diagnosis of biliary complications after liver transplantation has played an extremely important role.
