摘要
阿尔茨海默病现已成为威胁人类健康发展的疾病之一,在对其发生发展过程及机制的研究中可以看出:Aβ在阿尔茨海默病病变过程中起着中心环节的作用,它通过多靶点、多通路导致AD的发生。近几年有研究表明,β淀粉样蛋白在促进神经元凋亡方面起着重要作用,它可以直接引发细胞凋亡,也可以通过一些其他致病因素间接地通过β淀粉样蛋白的毒性作用加速神经元的凋亡。本文主要通过查阅了Aβ神经毒性作用的文献,对其在AD形成过程中的作用进行了综述。
Alzheimer's disease has become a threat to human health. Aβ plays a role in the central part of the pathology of Alzheimer's disease which cause it through multi- target and multi- channel.In recent years,many studies have shown that β amyloid protein plays an important role in promoting neuronal apoptosis through multiple pathways that can lead to apoptosis. And simultaneously,some other risk factors may accelerate neuronal toxicition apoptotic by β amyloid directly or indirectly. This paper reviewed the literature of neurotoxic effects of Aβ and the role in the formation process of AD.
