The paper expounds technological design and process control of high-temperature gas waste heat recovery in ethylene glycol rectification unit 1,2-butanediol tower top in coal-to-ethylene glycol plant, at the same time, it analyzes factors that influence waste heat recovery and economic benefits generated by waste heat recovery.
