摘要
为了解决煤炭热解产物高效清洁利用的问题,应用6-S摇床对半焦进行脱灰试验,探究了摇床分选对半焦脱灰的影响因素,在试验过程中通过调节摇床床面倾角、冲程以及冲次,获得了不同参数下的半焦产率以及脱灰率。试验结果表明,摇床在分选细粒半焦时,床面的倾角处于5°~8°的范围为宜,同时,小冲程和大冲次能够保证较好的分选效果,增大冲程或者减小冲次都对分选不利。当倾角为8°、冲程为9 mm以及冲次为460次/min时,通过正交试验可以得到最优分选条件。
In order to solve the issue of efficient clean and utilization on coal pyrolysis products,semi-coke deashing test was carried out by 6-S type table concentrator,the influence factors of table separation on semi-coke deashing was explored,and semi-coke yield and deashing rate under different parameters were achieved by adjusting the table dip angle,stroke and pump rate in the test process.The results showed that when the dip angle of table surface ranged from 5° to8°,the effect of table separation on fine semi-coke was better,and small stroke and large pump rate were help to ensure better separation effect,while increasing the stroke and decreasing the pump rate were bad for separation.When the dip angle was 8° and the stroke was 9 mm and the pump rate was 460 times per minute,the optimal separation condition could achieved by orthogonal experiment.
