摘要
老果园在更新换茬时出现的再植障碍是果园可持续生产过程中的一大难题,因此研究果树连作障碍具有重要意义。该文旨在筛选出多菌灵与植物生长调节剂联合施用的有效配比,缓解再植障碍,为田间生产提供依据。通过盆栽试验,研究连作土药剂处理,分别为多菌灵(80%WP 1.0 g a.i/kg土)与复硝酚钠(0.005 g a.i/kg土、0.01 g a.i/kg土、0.02 g a.i/kg)、胺鲜酯(0.01 g a.i/kg土、0.02 g a.i/kg土、0.04 g a.i/kg土)联合施用,对平邑甜茶幼苗生长具有明显的促进作用,生物量及各阶段生理指标不同程度提高。认为多菌灵与植物生长调节剂联合施用可减轻苹果连作障碍。
Replant disease of old orchard updating is a big problem in the course of sustainable production of orchards,so it is of great significance to study it.We are aim to to select effective formula of joint use of Carbendazim and plant growth regulators to alleviate replant disease and provide the basis for the field production.Through a pot experiment to study the effects of Carbendazim(80% WP 1.0 g ai per kg soil) combined with sodium nitrophenolate(0.005 g ai per kg soil,0.01 g ai per kg soil,0.02 g ai per kg soil) and Amine hexanoate(0.01 g ai per kg soil,0.02 g ai per kg soil,0.04 g ai per kg soil),The joint application have a significant role in promoting Malus hupehensis seedling growth and improving biomass and physiological indicators to varying degrees.Carbendazim and plant growth regulators used in combination can alleviate replant disorder.
