青春期发动时相对男生抑郁、焦虑及问题行为的影响

Influence of Timing of Puberty on Adolescent Boys' Depression,Anxiety and Behavioral Problems

目的：探索不同青春发动时相对男生的抑郁、焦虑及问题行为的影响.方法：使用问卷调查法,随机抽取湖南地区431名11~17岁的男生,并对问卷结果进行数据分析.结果：①男生的青春期开始时间存在显著差异,较少部分的男生属于青春期开始时间提前（13.92%）和延迟（22.74%）,大部分属于适时（63.33%）;②抑郁得分在青春期开始时间提前、适时与延迟的3种类型上（F=1.61,P〉0.05）无显著性差异;③焦虑总得分（F=8.02,P〈0.001）及其状态（F=5.95,P〈0.01）和特质（F=9.27,P〈0.001）两维度上存在显著性差异,提前组的焦虑得分显著高于适时组和延迟组,适时组和延迟组的得分差异不显著;④学习适应不良（F=5.31,P〈0.01）、攻击行为（F=3.58,P〈0.05）、违纪行为（F=9.29,P〈0.001）等在青春期开始时间上差异显著,提前组的学习适应不良和攻击行为显著高于适时组和延迟组,适时组和延迟组的得分差异不显著.提前组的违纪行为显著高于适时组和延迟组,适时组显著高于延迟组.结论：青春期发动时相能够影响男生的焦虑、学习适应不良、攻击行为和违纪行为,而对抑郁、退缩、神经质和考试焦虑的影响不明显.

Objective：To explore the influence of timing of puberty on adolescent boys＇depression,anxiety and be-havioral problems.Methods：431 Randomly collected objectives in Hunan province from 11 to 17 years old boys,com-pleted Pubertal Development Scale,Depression Self-Rating Scale for Children,State Trait Anxiety Inventory and Chinese Secondary School Students Depression Scale.Results：①There was significant differences during puberty time,small part of boys belong to precocious puberty13.92% and late-maturing 22.74%,most boys belong to mod-erate puberty63.33%;②The scores of depression were not significant different in adolescence start time（F=1.61,P〉0.05）;③ Anxiety scores（F=8.02,P〈0.001）and two dimensions（F=5.95,P〈0.01）（F=9.27,P〈0.001）had significant differences on youth start time,precocious boys＇scores were higher than the moderate puberty and late-maturing,there was no significant difference between moderate puberty and late-maturing;④ Learning-adaptabil-ity problems（F=5.31,P〈0.01）,attack behavior （F=3.58,P〈0.05）and discipline-breaking behavior （F=9.29, P〈0.001）had significant differences in adolescence start time.The precocious boys＇scores of learning-adaptability problems and attack behavior＇s were higher than the moderate puberty and late-maturing,there was no significant differences on moderate puberty and late-maturing;The precocious boys＇scores of discipline-breaking behavior＇s were higher than the moderate puberty and late-maturing,and moderate puberty boys＇scores significant were higher than late-maturing.Conclusion：Perceived pubertal timing plays impact on adolescent boys＇anxiety,learning-adaptability problems,attack behavior and discipline-breaking behavior,but not plays impact on depression,with-drawal,nervousness and test anxiety.
