再生障碍性贫血患者血清IL-17及IL-6表达及临床意义 被引量:2

摘要 再生障碍性贫血(aplastic anemia)是指由多种病因所致的造血功能障碍并由此而引起全血细胞减少的血液系统疾病,临床表现主要为骨髓组织增生异常低下以及全血细胞的减少。关于再生障碍性贫血的发生机制,目前相关的研究还尚无明确定论,有研究表明免疫功能的紊乱以及细胞因子的失调可能参与了其发生发展过程。
