摘要
采用多步接枝工艺,对M系列二氧化钛粒子表面改性,制备系列二氧化钛/氰酸酯树脂基复合材料。研究复合材料的摩擦力学性能、固化性能。结果表明,少量M系列Ti O_2粒子(质量分数≤4%)引入,可改善氰酸酯树脂(CE)的固化性能及摩擦性能。M-2粒子质量分数为4%时,复合材料摩擦系数降低约43.5%,摩擦损耗降低68.1%,复合材料耐磨性得到提高。
The Ti O_2 particles surface has been modified,through a multi-step grafting process to achieve.The composites of M-series/CE were prepared. The friction performance and the changes in the friction properties,microstructure of the composites were studied. The influence of M-series on the viscosity of composites was studied,during the curing process. The results indicated that CE curing performance and friction are improved by incorporating M-series particle( mass fraction ≤4%) into the composites. When the content of M-2 series is 4%,the wear resistance of the composites was improved,which is shown as friction coefficient of the composites and friction loss decreased by 43. 5% and 68. 1%,respectively.
