摘要
采用肉豆蔻酸作为结构导向剂,在Et OH/H_2O混合溶剂体系中制备出层状介观羟基磷灰石(M-LMHA),样品利用X-射线粉末衍射、红外光谱和透射电镜进行表征。结果表明,样品M-LMHA具有高度有序的层状介观结构,其层间距约为4.2 nm,为生物分子自组装应用提供了必要条件。
Lamellar mesoscopic hydroxyapatite by using myristic acid as structure directing agent( M-LMHA) was prepared in alcohol/water mixed solvent. The characterizations of product by X-Ray diffraction,infrared spectroscopy and transmission electron microscopy reveal that M-LMHA is highly ordered lamellar mesostructure and its interlamellar spacing is approximately 4. 2 nm. It indicates that M-LMHA can provide the necessary condition for the application of molecular self-assembly.
