摘要 目的:研究心脏瓣膜钙化与冠状动脉狭窄程度的相关性。方法:245例疑诊冠心病经冠状动脉造影患者,分为冠状动脉狭窄组和冠状动脉正常组,分析心脏瓣膜钙化与冠状动脉狭窄程度的相关性。结果:钙化组和非钙化组在冠心病发病率、收缩压、脉压差、总胆固醇、三酰甘油方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),心脏瓣膜钙化程度与冠状动脉狭窄程度呈正相关。结论:心脏瓣膜钙化可作为推测冠状动脉病变的依据,在预测冠心病中具有应用价值。 Objective To study the correlation between cardiac valve calcification and coronary artery stenosis. Method 245 patients with suspected coronary artery disease by coronary angiography were divided into coronary artery stenosis group and normal coronary artery group,to analyze the correlation between the degree of cardiac valve calcification and coronary artery stenosis. Results The coronary heart disease incidence rate,systolic blood pressure,pulse pressure,total cholesterol,glycerin three greases of Calcification group and non calcification group had significant difference( P〈0. 05),the degree of heart valve calcification and coronary artery stenosis degree was positively related. Conclusion Heart valve calcification can be taken as the basis for speculation of coronary artery lesions and has application value in predicting CHD.
