甲硝唑加乙酰螺旋霉素与牙周宁治疗成人牙周炎的疗效分析

The curative effect analyze of treatment of adult periodontitis by metronidazole + acetylspiramycin and rice bran sterol tablets

目的:探讨甲硝唑+乙酰螺旋霉素与牙周宁治疗成人牙周炎的疗效情况。方法:选取收治的成人牙周炎患者48例临床资料,依据治疗措施不同进行分组,治疗A组24例和治疗B组24例。结果:治疗B组成人牙周炎患者牙龈指数、牙菌斑指数、牙周袋深度均低于治疗A组,治疗B组成人牙周炎患者临床治疗总有效率高于治疗A组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:甲硝唑加乙酰螺旋霉素治疗成人牙周炎临床症状改善明显,效果良好,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To approach curative effect analyze of treatment of adult periodontitis by metronidazole ＋ acetylspiramycin and rice bran sterol tablets. Method The 48 cases clinical data of adult periodontitis patients were analyzed,they were divided into two groups,treatment A group 24 cases and treatment B group 24 cases. Results The gingival index、dental plaque index、depth of periodontal pocket of treatment B group adult periodontitis patients were lower than treatment A group,Total effective rate of clinical treatment of treatment B group adult periodontitis patients were higher than treatment A group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The clinical symptoms of treatment adult periodontitis by metronidazole ＋acetylspiramycin should improve obviously,result is good,which is to be used.
