急诊快捷流程在老年急性脑出血救治中的应用观察

Applying observation of emergency treatment on acute cerebral hemorrhage in elderly patients

目的:观察急诊快捷流程在老年急性脑出血救治过程中的应用。方法:选取进行脑出血抢救的老年患者共计86例。随机分为对照组与观察组,各43例。对照组术前行常规急诊流程,观察组行急诊快捷流程。观察两组患者接诊、确诊、治疗以及急救、术前准备的时间,以及疗效进行比较。结果:通过比较发现,观察组患者各个阶段用时均少于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组基本治愈12例,占27.91%,死亡0例,总有效率为97.67%,对照组基本治愈7例,占16.28%,死亡4例,死亡率9.30%,总有效率86.05%。观察组的基本治愈率、总有效率均高于对照组,死亡率低于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:急诊快捷流程在老年急性脑出血救治过程中具有显著的临床作用,对于抢救生命、改善预后具有显著意义。

Objective To observe the application of emergency accounting procedure in the treatment of senile acute cerebral hemorrhage. Method 86 elderly cerebral hemorrhage patients were selected. They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,each group had 43 cases of patients. The control group were treated with routine emergency procedure,and the observation group was treated with emergency procedure. two groups＇ diagnosis,and treatment of admissions,emergency preparation time before surgery,and compared the curative effect were observed. Results After comparing the difference,the cost time of observation group in each stage was less than the control group,with statistical difference（ P〈0. 05）. 12 cases of observation group were cured,accounting for 27. 91%,0 cases died,the total effective rate was 97. 67%,7 cases of control group were cured,accounting for 16. 28%,4 cases died,the mortality rate was 9. 30%,the total effective rate was 86. 05%. The basic cure rate and total effective rate of observation group were higher than those of control group,the mortality was lower than control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Emergency treatment has a significant clinical effect on acute cerebral hemorrhage of elderly patients,it has obvious significance on rescue of life and improvement of prognosis.
