摘要
目的:探讨紫红色火龙果汁在气管切开患者吞咽障碍评估中的应用效果情况。方法:选取神经外科住院并已行气管切开及留置鼻饲管患者100例临床资料,分为对照组50例和观察组50例。结果:观察组气管切开患者吞咽功能障碍评级和饮水试验评级均低于对照组,t=9.67、9.70,观察组气管切开患者置管前、拔管时的GCS评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t=3.92、25.46,P<0.05)。结论:紫红色火龙果汁在气管切开患者吞咽障碍评估中应用,可以更加准确的判定患者的吞咽功能,把握好鼻胃管拔除时机。
Objective To approach application result of tracheotomy patients in dysphagia by purple dragon fruit juice. Method The 100 clinical data of reintubated and nasogastric tube were analyzed,which was to be divided into two groups,50 cases of control group and 50 cases of detection group. Results The swallowing dysfunction rating and WDT of detection group were lower control group,t = 9. 67、9. 70,the GCS score of detection group front tube、pull out pipe were higher than control group,the difference were statistical significance( t = 3. 92、25. 46,P〈0. 05). Conclusion The application of tracheotomy patients in more accurate swallowing function,hold nasogastric extubation time.
