摘要
采用自行设计的烟气冷阱捕获器捕集吸烟主流烟气,ICP-MS测定卷烟烟气中痕量金属元素,并详细探讨了采用115 In^103 Rh双内标元素校正系统对分析信号漂移的补偿作用,所建立的分析方法检出限为0.001~0.08μg·L^(-1),RSD≤15%。主流烟气中分为2部分在线采集,粒相物金属(Particulate phase matal,PPM)作为总颗粒物的一部分采用纤维素脂滤膜收集测定,气相物金属(Gaseous phase metals,GPM)采用自行设计的冷阱捕获器,在超低温条件下在线收集测定。系统地考察了气相物冷阱捕获的温度、采集精度及稳定性,表明在选定的-110℃最佳温度条件下,气相物中各元素的精密度为1%~12%。
A method for the determination of trace elements in mainstream tobacco smoke by ICP-MS with cold trap capture techniques has been developed. Two separate internal standards of 115 In ~ 103 Rh were selected to compensate the drift of analytical signals. The Detection Limits( DL) of this method were 0. 001 ~ 0. 08 μg·L^-1. The relative standard deviations are lower than 15%. The method is designed to quantitate these toxic trace metals in both the particulate phase and gaseous phase of mainstream smoke. Particulate phase metals( PPM) are trapped in a cellulose ester filter disc and determined as those metals that become part of the mainstream smoke total particulate matter( TPM),Gaseous phase metals are captured into cold trap capture in-house at temperature of- 110 ℃ and determined as those metals that may have freeze form the gaseous species or particulate matter that is not retained in the normal. The sampling stability of gaseous phase metals were investigated and the precision of 1% ~ 12%( RSD,n = 11) were obtained.
