摘要
静电放电是自然界存在的两种剧烈放电现象之一(另一种是雷电放电),其放电电磁脉冲具有放电电压高、瞬时电流大、辐射频带宽、辐射场强高以及难以人为控制等特点。静电学的研究涉及基础理论研究、静电危害防护、静电应用等多个领域。
Electrostatic discharge is one of the two strong discharges existed in nature (the other one is lightning discharge) with the characteristics of high voltage, high transient current, wideband radiation, high intensity radiation field and difficulty to be controlled. The research on electrostatics includes areas of fundamental theories, electrostatic protection, applied electrostatics etc.
