摘要
为满足目前瞬态电磁场传感器的校准问题,研制了镜面单锥横电磁波小室(TEM)电磁场标准装置,用于数k Hz到数GHz带宽以下的电磁场传感器校准。基于无线长双锥天线,对镜面单锥结构进行了理论分析及数值仿真分析,证明了其应用的可行性;并进行了工程机械设计并加工制作。最终测试结果表明,镜面单位TEM小室机械结构良好,馈电点电压反射系数小于6%,对应驻波系数(VSWR)<1.11,单锥TEM小室内场接收波形与源监测波形具有较高一致性,单次测量结果的偏差最大不超过5%,满足应用需求。
The mirror monoconical TEM cell has been developed for calibration of transient electromagnetic field sensors, whose bandwidth can be from several k Hz to GHz. The theoretical analysis and numerical simulation analysis are made for the mirror monoconical structure based on infinite biconical antenna, and the results have proved the feasibility of the device. The test results indicate that the mechanical structure is good, with the feeding point voltage reflection coefficient less than 6%(corresponding voltage standing wave ratio(VSWR)is less than 1.11). The field in monoconical TEM cell and the signal source are well matched, with the measurement error less than 5%.
