摘要 研制新型跨栏架,以解决以往比赛、训练中普遍存在的因打栏引发的"怕栏"和"摔栏"问题,探究最大限度地提升跨栏过程的安全性、公平性和便捷性的方法,实现跨栏跑项目器材的革新和换代。利用设计概念试验并验证缓冲的可行性,使用缓冲阻力弹簧、底座抬升弧及栏板的开启机关等零部件设计试验,且进行滑动抬升改进为滚动抬升等整体设计试验,实现比赛型安全跨栏架的研究设计。通过延长打栏时间以缓冲打栏冲量、降低打栏冲力,同时使运动员在跨栏过程中有更多反应时间,以便对身体姿态进行控制或对动作进行调整;通过弹簧提供的弹性阻力和栏板机关的吸力,提供范围在3.6-4.0kg的阻力,符合国际田联的相关规定;通过底座抬升装置,确保打栏过程中栏板顶端到地面的垂直距离保持不变;自动复位设计和滚动缓冲式底座充分考虑了栏架便捷性及节约制造成本。比赛型安全跨栏架有效提升跨栏架的安全性,并兼顾公平性和便捷性,且符合《田径竞赛规则(2014—2015)》要求,可适用于比赛及训练,未来或将实现跨栏跑项目器材的重要变革。 The development of new hurdle is to solve the problems of fear and fell bar in previous hurdling training and competition,explore the safety,fairness and convenience methods to maximize the hurdling process,and achieve the innovation and change of hurdling equipment.Using the design concept test to verify the feasibility of buffer,the buffer resistance spring,base uplifted arc and steeplechase organs and other spare parts are used to design the test.Moreover,the experimental design of improvement of sliding uplift for rolling the lifting realize the design of safety hurdle.Through prolong the fell bar impulse,the momentum of athletes is reduced,the athletes have more time to react in the hurdling process,in order to control the body posture or adjust the action;suction provided by a spring elastic resistance and the tailgate organs to provide range in 3.6-4.0kg of the resistance,consistent with the relevant provisions of the IAAF.Through the base lifting device,to ensure that the perpendicular distance fell bar at the top of the hurdle to the ground remained unchanged;automatic reset design and rolling type buffer base take full account of the hurdling convenience and saving manufacturing cost.Game-type safety hurdle effectively enhance the safety of hurdle,taking into account the fair and convenient and in line with the athletic competition rules(2014-2015),suitable for competition and training.In the future,the significant innovation of hurdling equipment can be made.
