摘要
就业力的概念最早在1909年被Beveridge提出,随着时间的发展其内涵在不断丰富,形成了三种典型的大学生就业力模式:心理-社会建构性就业力模式、USEM就业力模式和Career EDGE就业力模式。借鉴国外研究,我国高校应采取坚持以就业和社会需求为导向的办学理念、优化高校专业结构、加快课程改革、推进管理创新、建设实践基地等措施助推大学生就业力的提升。
The concept of the employability was put forward by Beveridge early in 1909 and constantly be enriched. There have three typical employability modes: Psycho-social construct mode,USEM Employability Mode and Career EDGE Employability. Draw on existing research,our universities should take insisted talents employment-oriented,reform curriculum,promote management innovation,construct practice base and other measures to boost the college students' employability.
