持续腰池引流治疗蛛网膜下腔出血105例临床分析

CLINICAL STUDY OF THE TREATMENT OF SUBARACHNOID HEMORRHAGE BY CONTINUOUS LUMBAR DRAINAGE OF CEREBROSPINAL FLUID IN 105 PATIENTS

目的 探讨持续腰池引流对治疗蛛网膜下腔出血 (SAH)的临床价值。方法 回顾性分析 1 995年 6月— 2 0 0 0年 9月间对1 0 5例患者进行持续腰池脑脊液引流的方法 ,其中自发性SAH 2 5例 ,外伤性SAH 30例 ,开颅术后SAH 50例。结果 持续腰池脑脊液引流治疗SAH的治愈率为 1 0 0 % ,无颅内感染、气颅及脑疝等严重并发症。结论 持续腰池引流是一种安全、有效、微创的治疗SAH的方法。

Objective To study the clinical value of continuous lumar cerebropinal fluid drainage (CLCFD) in the treatment of subarachnoid hemorrhage. Methods From June 1995 to September 2000 CLCGD was applied to 105 cases of SAH including 25 spontanenous SAH, 30 traumatic SAH and 50 post-operated SAH. Results Successful treatment was achieved in 100% and there was no occurrence of intracranial infection or pneumocephalus and brain herniation. Conclusion CLCFD is a safe, effective and micro-traumatic treatment for subarachnoid hemorrhage.
