On Challenges and Responsive Countermeasures of Urbanization of Migrant Workers Under the New Normal

新常态下,我国农民工市民化面临的挑战表现在三个方面:农民工市民化进程存在放缓倾向、农民工市民化稳定性存在减弱倾向与农民工市民化质量提升难度存在增加倾向。提升农民工人力资本水平、提供匹配供给与需求的就业信息服务、降低农民工城市生活成本可有效应对新常态下农民工市民化面临的挑战,促进农民工市民化的全面发展。

Under the new normal,the challenges of urbanization of migrant workers include that the process of urbanization is apt to be more slowly,the stability of urbanization is apt to be reduced,and the quality enhancement of urbanization is inclined to be more difficult. In order to respond to the challenges,we should improve the level of migrant workers＇ human capital,provide the information service which matches with the supply and the demand,and decrease the life cost of migrant workers,which can promote the urbanization of migrant workers to develop in an all- around way.
