Social Psychology Analysis of the Audiences' Loss of Control on Behaviors in Sports Stadiums

体育赛场中常见的观众行为失控现象包括言语攻击、乱扔杂物、球迷间冲突、与安保冲突以及攻击球员、教练和裁判,等等。观众行为失控的心理因素有挫折心理、从众心理、投机心理、质疑心理等。要综合运用教育预警机制、监督控制机制、制度约束机制,避免出现观众行为失控现象。

The audiences＇ loss of control on behaviors in the sports stadiums includes verbal aggression,littering,conflicts between fans,attacking players,coaches and referees and the conflict with security forces.The possible reasons of this phenomenon from the perspective of social psychology are as follows： frustration psychology,group psychology,speculative psychology,and questionable psychology. It needs comprehensive measures to avoid the phenomenon of the audiences＇ loss of control on behaviors,which includes educational preventing and warning mechanism,supervising and controlling mechanism,and institutional controlling mechanism.
