摘要
结合内生增长模型,从理论上证明污染物相对于经济增长存在最优排放强度。采用我国2003-2013年相关数据,结合静态与动态面板数据模型,对我国30个省、市(自治区)污染物排放强度与经济增长之间的关系进行了实证研究,得到如下结论:工业废气、工业废水、工业固废存在最优排放强度,目前我国工业三废排放强度远远超过了污染物排放强度最优值。
Combined with endogenous growth model,the thesis intends to prove theoretically that there is an optimal emission intensity of pollutants over the economic growth.Based on an empirical research concerning the relationship between pollutants emission intensity and economic growth in 30 provinces and cities(autonomous regions)of our country by using relevant data from 2003 to 2013,as well as static and dynamic panel data models,the conclusion is reached as follows:there is an optimal emission intensity with regard to industrial waste gas,industrial waste water and industrial solid wastes.So far,the three industrial wastes of our country have been emitted at a far greater rate than the optimal pollutant emission intensity.Therefore,to ensure the sustainable and healthy economic growth,it is an inevitable choice to take positive measures to reduce pollution and control the pollutant emission intensity.
