摘要
报道生于蔷薇科植物枇杷Eriobotrya japonica叶片上的链格孢属一新种,对该种结合形态描述及分子系统学分析明晰其分类地位。命名为枇杷链格孢Alternaria eriobotryae。研究标本保藏于贵州大学植物病理学实验室(HGUP)和中国科学院菌物标本馆(HMAS)。
An Alternaria strain isolated from the leaf of Eriobotrya japonica(Rosaceae) was identified by combining morphological characters and phylogenetic analysis based on sequences of the glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase(gpd) and Alternaria major allergen(Alt a 1) genes. It was identified as Atlernaria eriobotryae sp. nov. The holotype and ex-type culture are deposited in the Herbarium of Department of Plant Pathology, Agricultural College, Guizhou University(HGUP) and the Herbarium Mycologicum Academiae Sinicae, Beijing, China(HMAS).
