摘要
针对原矿用重型铲运机液压制动系统制动响应慢、制动器易磨损等问题,以55 t矿用重型铲运机为例,对原液压制动系统进行改进设计,并利用AMESim仿真平台对改进后的液压制动系统进行仿真,通过对改进后的液压制动系统实测数据和仿真结果基本一致,满足设计和使用要求。实践证明改进设计后液压制动系统的性能良好,解决了原系统存在问题。
According to slow response of hydraulic braking system and abrasion of the brake for the mine-used heavy duty scraper, this paper takes 55 t as an example of mine heavy scraper to improve the original hydraulic brake system, and the AMESim simulation platform is used to simulate the improved hydraulic brake system. The measured data and the simulation results are basically consistent, and meet the requirements of design and use. The practice proves that the improved design of the hydraulic brake system has good performance, and has solved the problem of the original system.
