摘要 目前,轻型钻机和修井机多采用带式刹车作为主刹车,司钻需站在露天的钻台上操作刹把,工作强度大,工作环境恶劣,其钻机的安全具有一定的局限性。为此,重新设计了钻机绞车带式刹车系统,采用气电控制模式对双气缸刹车机构进行控制,实现钻机的起下钻;气电控制模块安装于司钻房,实现远程刹车控制和刹车压力显示;与数显防碰、井架防碰、过圈防碰等安全信号进行连锁安全控制,提高钻机的安全性。该系统设计合理、安全可靠,完全满足钻机起下钻和紧急刹车,在轻型钻机和修井机上,具有很好的应用前景。 Currently, light-duty drilling and service machines still use with band brake as the main brake, more driller to be standing on the open-air rig operating brake handle, the working strength, bad work environment, the rig safety has certain limitations. Therefore, design a new type with band brake air electric control system. System uses a double cylinder brake mechanism, to control winch brake, to realize the tripping of drill ; System installed on the drillerg room, to realize remote braking control and pressure; With digital display crash-proof, derrick crashproof, crash-proof, electrical fault, such as safety signal chain brake control, improve the security of drilling. The system design is reasonable, safe and reliable, fully meet the normal tripping and emergency brake of drilling rig, the light drilling and workover machines, has a good application prospect.
