摘要
文章阐述了直接驱动舵机用直线力电机的工作原理,指出其驱动力可按驱动方向划分类型;从满足阀芯液动力、碎片剪切力的驱动需求角度给出了直线力电机驱动力设计原则,重点分析了对驱动力设计影响较大的碎片剪切力与流体流量、阀口大小之间的关系;利用ANSOFT软件建立了直线力电机的驱动力仿真模型,得到了驱动力与线圈匝数、电流大小、对中弹簧系数等参数之间的关系。
The working principle of linear motor used by direct-drive actuator is introduced, and it shows that the motor driving force can be classified by different direction. The design principle of the driving force is summarized with consideration of hydraulic force and chip shear force, and the correlation of chip shear force with fluid flowrate and valve opening size is especially analyzed. Finally, the driving force model of the motor is built using Ansoft software, and concludes that the driving force magnetude is related to winding number, current, and spring coefficient, etc.
