14454例消化科门诊患者的疾病谱及幽门螺杆菌感染情况

The Study on Disease Spectrum HP Infection of Digestive Disease Patients

目的：了解消化门诊患者的疾病谱及幽门螺杆菌感染情况。方法：分析14 454例消化内科门诊患者的年龄构成、疾病谱、幽门螺杆菌（Hp）感染及抗Hp治疗效果。结果：消化门诊病人以40~69岁年龄段所占比例最高（62.33%）,消化系统前8位疾病谱分别是慢性胃炎、功能性胃肠病、消化性溃疡、反流性食管炎、肝脏疾病、直肠结肠炎、胆囊疾病、胰腺疾病,其中功能性胃肠病女性患者多于男性,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;Hp阳性率为54.08%,Hp根除率为98.58%。结论：消化门诊患者中慢性胃炎、功能性胃肠病的患病率及Hp阳性率较高,经治疗大多数Hp可被根除。

Objective： To investigate the disease spectrum and Helicobacter pylori（ Hp） infection of gastroenterology department outpatients. Methods： To analyze the age group,disease spectrum,Helicobacter pylori infection and anti-HP treatment efficacy of 14 454 gastroenterology department outpatients. Results： Patients ranging from 40 to 69 years old account for the highest proportion in all patients of this department,which was 62. 33%. The preceding 8 disease spectrums were Chronic Gastritis,Functional Gastrointestinal Disorders（ FGID）,Peptic Ulcer,Reflux Esophagitis,Hepatic disease,Proctocolitis,Cholecyst disease and Pancreas disease respectively. The number of FGID female patients was more than the male ones,difference was statistical significant（ P〈0. 01）. The Hp infection rate was 54. 08% in all patients,with the eradication rate of 98. 58%. Conclusions： Chronic Gastritis and FGID prevalence rate as well as the Hp infection rate are the highest,while the majority of Hp could be eradicated with proper treatment.
