摘要
瓦斯抽放钻孔的封孔深度直接影响抽放效果,合理封孔深度确定的原则就是要最大限度抽出煤体中赋存的瓦斯,提高抽采浓度,避免封孔材料的浪费,同时有利于煤体的卸压。通过现场实测钻屑质量以及打钻过程中的动力现象,确定煤体的应力分布,通过测试不同封孔深度下的抽采瓦斯浓度,确定了瓦斯抽采钻孔合理封孔深度。应用表明:平煤四矿己15-23130回风巷道的合理封孔深度为9~12 m。
Gas drainage drilling depth of sealing hole directly affects the extraction effect,reasonable determination principle of sealing hole depth is to maximize occurrence in coal gas extraction,improve the drainage concentration,avoid the sealing material of the waste,and is conducive to the coal body pressure relief. Through the field measure of drilling weight and the dynamic phenomena of drilling process,the stress distribution of coal was determined by testing concentrations of different depth of sealing hole,so as to determine the reasonable depth of sealing hole gas drainage borehole. The practice shows that,the reasonable depth of sealing hole in Ⅵ15-23130 return airway of No. 4 Coal Mine of Pingdingshan Tian'an Coal Mining Co.,Ltd. is 9 ~ 12 meter.
