摘要
为研究顶板来压的预报预测,以察哈素31201工作面为例,通过现场实测研究支架工作阻力的确定,并通过实测工作阻力与顶板来压进行预报。选取工作面上部33#、中部72#、下部92#支架为例,通过分析支架每个循环的时间加权工作阻力的平均值及与2倍均方差之和作为顶板来压的判据,并分析支架的初撑力和末阻力的增阻关系以及支架阻力频率分布及动载系数,认为现有支架ZY12000/18/35D能够满足现场工作面支护要求。
To study the forecast the roof pressure,taking 31201 working face of Chahasu Coal Mine as an example,the determination of working resistance of support was studied by field measurement,the measured working resistance and roof pressure were used for prediction. No. 33 support in the top,No. 72 in the middle,and No. 92 in the lower part,were chosen as research objects,the sum of timeweighted average resistance and two times mean square error of each circle time were calculated,and this data was used to judge whether the roof pressure occurred. The relationship between the initial support force and the resistance of the support and the resistance frequency distribution and the dynamic load coefficient were analyzed. It was obtained that ZY12000 /18 /35 D can meet the requirements of field work.
