摘要
为防止工作面顶板大面积来压的发生,基于宽沟煤矿I010201综放工作面的赋存和开采技术条件,经研究确定施工工艺巷对工作面坚硬顶板实施弱化爆破处理,并使用KJ21支架压力在线监测系统记录顶板爆破过程的顶板压力变化,使用ARAMIS M/E微震监测系统对顶板活动进行监测,最后对工作面顶板裂隙发育程度进行钻孔窥视。结果表明:爆破改变了顶板压力分布,通过3个变化过程,降低了工作面支架压力;爆破降低了煤体应力,工作面倾向方向,顶板压力变化具有区域性不同步性,工作面中上部早于下部,工作面中上部压力变化明显,工作面中上部的压力明显大于下部区域。
To prevent seam roof large area to pressure occurs,based on the occurrence and mining conditions for I010201 fully-mechanized caving face of Kuangou Coal Mine,according to relevant study,it was determined that carrying out weakening blasting on hard roof of working face by constructing technical roadway. KJ21 bracket pressure online monitoring system was also used to record the changes of roof pressure in the process of blasting. ARAMIS M / E microseismic monitoring system was also applied to monitor roof activities,developing degree of fracture on roof of working face was observed by drillings. Results show that: the blasting has changed the distribution of roof pressure through three changes of process,pressure of supports on working face and coal stress were reduced; in the dip direction of the face,changes of roof pressure are not synchronized with a regional character. The appearance of roof pressure was earlier in the upper part than in the lower,pressure of upper face changes significantly,and is significantly greater than the pressure in the lower region.
