摘要 目前,薄煤层资源开采价值在节约资源和作为保护层开采方面日益体现,国内外对薄煤层开采也进行了大量研究,但薄煤层厚夹矸问题的研究极少。对某矿薄煤层厚夹矸(煤层厚1 m,夹矸厚2 m)作为保护层开采、运用综合机械化开采时遇到的关键问题进行了研究,通过比较割煤工序认为,先割中间夹矸再割上下分层煤,可大大减少煤中混矸率;运用UDEC数值模拟软件,模拟了割厚1.6,1.8,2.0 m矸时上分层煤稳定情况。模拟结果表明,先割厚度不大于1.8 m矸时,上分层煤稳定性良好。将研究结果运用到该矿33采区首采面,应用效果与模拟结果一致,实现了该工作面安全高产高效综合机械化开采。 At present,the value of the thin coal seam mining was increasingly reflected in saving resources and as protective layer mining. The extensive research for thin seam mining had been carried out at home and abroad,but the research about thin seam mining with thick parting was very few. In this paper,taking thin coal seam with thick parting band( coal thickness 1 m,parting thickness 2 m) as a protective layer mining. The key problems encountered in the process of comprehensive mechanized mining was researched. Studies had shown that the rate of coal gangue mixed could be reduced when the middle parting was cut firstly and upper and lower layer of coal was cut secondly. Using UDEC software,the stability of upper seam was simulated when the parting thickness of 1. 6 m,1. 8 m and 2 m was cut. The results showed that the upper stratified coal was good stability when the thickness of no more than 1. 8 m was cut. The findings was applied to the first face of 33 mining area,and the result was consistent with the simulation results. The face achieved a safe and efficient high-yield fully-mechanized mining.
