摘要
结合陈四楼煤矿综采工作面地质条件特征和液压支架布局情况,分析了不同装车工艺的关键技术,提出了采用多维度控制装车平台装车工艺,并研发了"楔形装车平台+装车平板车+多维度限位装置"装车系统。实践表明:该装车系统缩短了液压支架的回撤装车时间,实现了"多维度、全方位"控制装车,确保了液压支架装车精准到位,提高了装车效率和装车过程的安全系数。
Combined with characteristics of geology condition and hydraulic support layout on fully-mechanized working face of Chensilou Coal Mine,the key technology for different loading process and their advantages and disadvantages were analyzed,the loading technology of " multi-dimension control loading platform" was proposed in this paper,and a " wedge loading platform + loading plate car +multi-dimensional limiting device" loading system was developed. Practice shows that,the loading system can shorten the loading time in the process of withdrawing hydraulic supports,and can realize the loading control in multi-dimensions and in the whole space. precise place of hydraulic loading can be ensured,the loading efficiency and loading process of the safety factor was also enhanced.
