摘要
分析了屯兰选煤厂的原煤特性及煤泥浮选工艺系统中存在的主要问题,并针对存在的问题,结合TBS干扰床的设备特性,对屯兰选煤厂粗煤泥分选系统中的TBS改造方案进行了可行性分析。TBS改造可明显改善屯选的煤泥浮选效果,提高精煤产率,降低浮选压力,提高经济效益。
By analysis of the raw coal properties and the existing problems of slurry floatation system in Tunlan Coal Preparation Plant,the paper makes a feasibility analysis of the TBS transformation of coarse coal slime separation system,which can improve the slurry floatation effect,increase the fine coal yield and reduce the floatation pressure with high economic benefits.
