摘要
本文分析了提升机钢丝绳的主要故障种类和原因,并根据分析结果,建立了由5个逻辑或门和8个底事件所构成的故障树。通过对故障树的定性和定量分析,得出了结论:各故障原因都可能独立导致钢丝绳系统故障,故障率约为0.11%。同时,根据分析结果提出了一些具有针对性的故障判断、检修方案,以提高设备的可靠性。
By analysis of the main fault patterns and causes of steel wire rope in hoist,the author presents the establishment of fault tree consisting of five logical OR gates and 8basic events,reaches a conclusion –all fault causes can lead to system fault respectively with fault rate of about 0.11% based on the qualitative and quantitative analysis of fault tree,and proposes some targeted measures of fault diagnosis and maintenance to improve the equipment reliability.
