摘要
影响抽水蓄能机组转轮疲劳寿命的主要因素包括平均应力、应力集中、尺寸因数、表面状态等.以张河湾抽水蓄能电站机组等为例,用MSC Fatigue专业疲劳计算软件进行实例分析,并依据疲劳计算得出的疲劳损伤数据和日常运行参数,对该蓄能电站机组转轮年度运行寿命折损进行分析,得出制造、运行、检修等方面的结论.
Main influential factors on fatigue life of pumped storage power unit runner are stated in this paper,such as mean stress,stress concentration,sizes and surface situations and so on,and the use of MSC professional fatigue calculation software is also described,taking the units in Zhanghewan Pumped Storage Power Station for example. Based on the fatigue damage data and daily operation parameters obtained by the fatigue calculation,the annual operating life loss of the turbine runner units in pumped storage power station is analyzed in detail,and the conclusion is drawn out which has guiding significance to manufacturing,operation and maintenance.
