摘要
宁波市城市排涝问题较多,地面硬化、调蓄容积减少等是增加城市排涝压力的主要原因之一.通过对城市排涝面临的新形势进行定性分析,利用一维非恒定流模型,定量分析了宁波市新一轮城市总体规划后的排涝能力,结果显示新城市总体规划后平原洪涝水位抬高0.02~0.15 m,高水位持续时间增加3~4 h,平原排涝形势更为严峻,达不到规划排涝设防标准.
The drainage situation in Ningbo city is more severe,and the water conservancy construction of the city can not keep up with the rapid development,resulting in surface hardening and decreasing storage capacity,which puts high pressure on urban drainage. The qualitative analysis on the city drainage nowadays is introduced,and the status of the city's drainage capacity after the new round city master plan,based on 1D non-steady numerical model is conducted. The results show that the flood water level will elevate from 0. 02 to 0. 15 m,and high water level duration will increase from 3 to 4 h,leading to more serious drainage situation in plain,beyond the reach of designed drainage standard.
